Cape Codder Resort & Spa, a 266-room family-friendly resort in Hyannis, Massachusetts, wanted to make tipping easier for its increasingly cashless guests. Before working with Canary Technologies, less than 50% of guests left tips, and those tips were often small, while cash tipping had been steadily declining.

Canary Technologies implemented its Digital Tipping solution in August 2023, using QR code cards plus text and email prompts to simplify guest gratuities.
