Canary Technologies implemented a contactless guest management system that pushed guests through a web-based check-in and checkout process, supported PCI-compliant payments, and digitized welcome-book policies. The result was extremely low fraud and chargebacks, improved staff efficiency across all properties, and reduced overhead by eliminating printed welcome books and minimizing the need for additional front-desk coverage.
