They needed a user-friendly virtual platform to run concurrent live webinars and one‑to‑one meetings, support translation and time‑zone adjustments, restrict networking between attendee types, provide robust tech support, and keep content accessible for 30 days after the event.

Canapii delivered a hosted event platform, going live two weeks early, embedding Zoom for sessions affected by Chinese firewall restrictions, recording all sessions for later download, and providing on‑call tech support during the three‑day summit.
