BMG, a modern global music company known for its strong brand identity and commitment to artists, faced the challenge of hosting a fun, fully on‑brand Christmas party for employees across Europe during the pandemic. They needed an interactive, fully customisable virtual event platform that felt like a real party (not a typical internal meeting), offering live streaming, breakout rooms, gamification and the technical support to run diverse activities. Canapii was selected to provide that virtual event platform and event expertise.
Canapii delivered a tailored platform with a live stream for company-wide moments, breakout and hangout rooms, live cooking, quizzes, video‑on‑demand playlists, a fundraiser and live DJ sets, plus rehearsals and technical support to ensure smooth delivery. The event saw strong engagement — 300 BMG employees attended, 52 participants completed a challenging music quiz and 100+ users remained active into the after‑party — and generated ongoing positive feedback, proving Canapii’s solution met BMG’s goals for an immersive, on‑brand celebration.
