Holly & Co launches bespoke marketplace in 2023 with Can Factory

Holly & Co, an online marketplace for UK small businesses founded by Holly Tucker, approached Can Factory in 2022. Their challenge was to build a new, fully bespoke e-commerce marketplace platform from the ground up to support sellers, customers, and their own business operations with a high degree of flexibility.

Can Factory developed a full-stack solution iteratively, launching in October 2023. The solution featured a dual-mode admin system for marketplace management, a block-based CMS, and a service layer with integrations including HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Royal Mail Click & Drop. The bespoke build provided Holly & Co with ultimate control over content, product management, and the entire purchase flow, successfully establishing their new curated marketplace platform.
