Touring Future X Network Customer Experiences with Camunda

Nokia Bell Labs, part of Nokia’s research arm, needed a way to coordinate demonstrations and visiting‑group tours through its Mirror X customer experience spaces while aligning research work with industrial partners. To manage these multi‑component visits and ensure consistent, immersive experiences, Nokia Bell Labs turned to Camunda (using Camunda’s workflow/orchestration capabilities) to guide and automate the tour flows.

Camunda implemented a process orchestration solution that sequences interactions across the campus experience, guiding visiting groups through 30–40 minute tours and helping the team collaborate on components and concepts. By using Camunda, Nokia Bell Labs standardized tour delivery and demonstration workflows, enabling repeatable, timed experiences for customers and partners and supporting their Future X network showcases.
