Sogema Technologies faced a time‑intensive, data‑heavy challenge: automating land title and deed registrations that must incorporate historic title records, cadastral maps, mortgage data and frequently changing regulations while giving administrators flexibility and visibility. To address this, Sogema built its eLAND land administration platform using Camunda’s process automation stack — including Camunda, Camunda Tasklist and Camunda Operate — to orchestrate workflows from initial title search through registration, fee assessment and taxation.

Using Camunda to model, execute and monitor end‑to‑end workflows, eLAND automates data population, routes remaining work via Camunda Tasklist and surfaces bottlenecks with Operate dashboards and heatmaps. The result: manual registration tasks were cut by about two‑thirds, processing times were shortened (cutting days out of the workflow) so properties reach tax rolls faster, and officials gain analytics to rebalance workloads and maintain standards compliance — all enabled by Camunda.
