Duni, a supplier of table-top concepts and packaging serving over 40 markets with about 2,200 employees, set out to reengineer its custom print process for napkins and table accessories and needed faster, more flexible ways to manage workflows and information flows. To address this challenge Duni looked to workflow automation and engaged Camunda (Camunda BPM) to help modernize and orchestrate its print and related business processes.

Camunda implemented workflow automation and process orchestration with Camunda BPM to create transparent, adaptable processes and reliable information flows across Duni’s diversified systems. As a result, Duni reported faster development of processes, improved transparency and reliability, and better ability to capture cross‑system synergies; the case study does not include quantitative metrics but emphasizes these clear operational improvements driven by Camunda.
