Mauritius Commercial Bank (MCB), the oldest and largest banking institution in Mauritius, was struggling with disconnected legacy systems, manual workflows, and limited visibility in its customer onboarding and KYC processes. These inefficiencies made onboarding slow, error-prone, and difficult to trace for compliance. MCB turned to Camunda Platform to modernize and orchestrate its end-to-end processes.
