A Camunda Case Study

Preview of the Keller Williams Case Study

Keller Williams Processing more than 13 million SmartPlan instances managed by 56,000 users

Keller Williams, the world’s largest real estate technology franchise by agent count, sought to deliver a seamless, highly customizable experience for agents and their buyers and sellers rather than rely on an off‑the‑shelf SaaS suite. To support their agent‑centric Keller Cloud platform (Command and Consumer), they adopted an architecture of microservices in Google Cloud with Camunda powering the Tasks and SmartPlans components to enable flexible, automated workflows.

Camunda’s workflow engine was integrated into SmartPlans and Tasks to orchestrate processes at scale, enabling Keller Williams to process more than 13 million SmartPlan instances and onboard over 56,000 users. The implementation improved agent workflows, drove positive agent feedback, and delivered measurable automation and scalability for Keller Williams’ marketing, contact and campaign management.
