Delen Private Bank NV, a digitally-focused private bank serving clients across Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland and the UK, faced challenges from aging COBOL legacy systems, business logic co-mingled with code, inconsistent workflows across branches, and knowledge transfer as staff retired. With Camunda, Delen Private Bank NV reports faster regulatory changes (e.g., T+1) implementation, improved IT and developer efficiency, better resource allocation, alignment across branches, and already runs about 20 processes on the platform while planning expansion and evaluation of Camunda 8.
