Camunda implemented process orchestration and visual modeling integrated into Banca CF+ Group’s tech stack, automating third‑party checks (AML/fraud) and enabling concurrent test-and-build cycles. As a result, development time for most processes was cut by half, operational efficiency and cross-team collaboration improved, and manual support needs declined—freeing teams to deliver new products faster and plan for broader Camunda adoption across the bank.
