Camunda implemented a lean, service-oriented orchestration using Camunda BPM, migrating core functions quickly so the first infrastructure services were available via self-service after just four weeks. The deployment cut orchestration license costs significantly, improved process traceability and transparency, reduced troubleshooting effort, and raised departmental acceptance; integrating manual tasks enabled ongoing increases in automation, faster release cycles, and an evolutionary delivery model that now serves as a blueprint for Generali’s international cloud platform.
