Southwest Wisconsin Technical College (SWTC), a 8,000-student community college where roughly 75% of students in aid-eligible programs receive financial aid, struggled with a paper-based, time-consuming verification process that required more than 500 verifications a year. A small financial aid team, many of whom split duties with the business office, was frequently pulled from verification tasks to help students at the front desk, and the office still lacked a fully implemented document-imaging workflow.
SWTC implemented StudentForms from CampusLogic — a mobile, ISIR-driven digital portal with workflow-driven file review, auto-indexed documents and automated student communications — to keep the process in-house while going paperless. Results included faster turnaround for parents’ e-signatures (under 24 hours), 478 student accounts created, 400 verifications completed, fewer errors, strong staff adoption, and high praise for CampusLogic’s customer support.
