Le Moyne College Centralizing Crucial Tools to Track, Assess and Increase Student Engagement

Le Moyne College, a Jesuit 4-year institution in Syracuse, New York, worked with CampusGroups to better centralize student engagement efforts across campus. Campus Life and Activities needed a way to increase awareness of events, track which students and groups were most active, collect feedback, and make it easier for students to connect with administrators, especially since many students decided whether to attend events only shortly before they started.

CampusGroups implemented a branded mobile app, school-branded email, push notifications, attendance tracking, activity feeds, leaderboards, feedback collection, and meeting-booking tools. This gave Le Moyne College a single place to promote events, monitor app adoption and engagement, identify low- and high-engagement students and groups, and gather post-event feedback, helping the college increase participation and support retention through better visibility into campus activity.
