Italian Trade partnered with CampusGroups to support VINO 2016, its large, multi-day Italian wine industry conference in New York City. The organization needed a better way to promote the event, manage registrations, share information, and connect attendees across sessions, exhibitors, speakers, and social activities, so it used CampusGroups’ Event Package and event platform capabilities.

CampusGroups implemented a custom branded website, email marketing, online registration, mobile app, exhibitor and speaker directories, social media integration, badge printing, and QR code attendance tracking. The solution enabled pre-printing about 500 badges, faster on-site check-in, and real-time reporting on attendance and engagement, while helping Italian Trade measure event performance, session popularity, and overall program effectiveness.
