Community Portal Strengthens Campus Connections at JHU

Johns Hopkins University (JHU) partnered with CampusGroups to replace a fragmented student involvement setup spread across nine campuses. The university needed a more integrated way to connect students across locations, improve visibility into campus-wide activity, and gain better engagement data and reporting.

CampusGroups implemented its Multi Community Hub Campus Portal to give each campus a customizable hub while connecting the university through a shared calendar, news feed, and more than 30 engagement tools. The result was stronger student engagement, a better experience for students and administrators, cost savings from sunsetting other providers, and transformational reporting that lets JHU track usage and engagement by hub and across the university.
