Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) needed a better way to support student engagement across campus. Its previous platform was expensive, used lightly, and lacked key features, forcing staff and students to juggle multiple logins and separate tools for communications, analytics, and event management. RIT turned to CampusGroups for a more complete student engagement platform that could serve both administrators and students.

CampusGroups implemented an all-in-one solution for clubs, events, membership, communications, analytics, and web pages, while also working with RIT to integrate with EMS, adapt attendance tracking for campus locations, and meet strict security requirements. The result was a simpler, more flexible system that supports more than 400 student organizations and over 3,000 upcoming events, while helping departments save time, reduce duplicate work, and give students one place to manage student life.
