A Systematic Approach to Campus Engagement: Insights from CampusGroups & UCLA Anderson School of Management

CampusGroups worked with UCLA Anderson School of Management, a top business school with about 2,000 students across seven programs, to improve campus engagement and bring more structure to student life. The school needed a better way to connect students with clubs, events, and information across independently run programs, while also replacing inconsistent, manual processes for managing attendance and sharing resources.

CampusGroups provided UCLA Anderson with a customized engagement platform for its Full-Time MBA program, giving student organizations, departments, and leaders a single system for pages, events, communications, and QR-code attendance tracking. The result was stronger student adoption, better access to engagement data, easier funding decisions for events like Anderson Afternoons, and a central repository for documents and emails that helped preserve institutional knowledge year to year.
