Wilkes University partnered with CampusESP to strengthen parent engagement and improve enrollment communication. After using CampusESP to support current-student families, Wilkes saw a need to reach prospective parents earlier in the funnel, before the application stage, so families could influence key steps like applying and scheduling visits.
CampusESP implemented its Parent Recruiter™ module for Wilkes, uploading more than 1,000 prospective students and launching drip email campaigns that prompted students to invite their parents. The setup took just 11 days and one meeting, and the results were strong: Wilkes increased prospective parents in CampusESP by 40%, reached 200 connected families before the application deadline, and saw 61% open rates on emails sent to invited parents.
