Pace University, serving a diverse student body across three New York campuses, recognized the critical role families play in student success. To address this, they partnered with CampusESP to utilize its parent portal and family communication platform.

CampusESP developed and implemented a new Admissions Dashboard feature for Pace, which provided families a centralized view of student checklists, financial aid packages, and cost of attendance data. The solution led to a significant increase in parent engagement, with over 1,500 families registering for the portal. Most notably, CampusESP helped Pace achieve a 4.8x increase in deposit rates for families that used the dashboard, contributing to an overall rise in deposits for the incoming class.
