A CampusESP Case Study
Small Private University wanted a better way to engage parents during the college admissions process, recognizing that parents increasingly influence where students apply, visit, and enroll. To address this challenge, the university turned to CampusESP and its Family Portal to communicate with and track prospective parents throughout enrollment season.
Using CampusESP’s Family Portal, the university sent parents information about the school, reminders about admissions events, and advice for student success. The results were strong: 271 prospective parents signed up, email open rates reached 56%, and 50% of students with engaged parents enrolled by fall 2018—more than 30% higher than the institution’s regular enrollment rate.
