George Mason University achieves 400% growth in Family Survey responses with CampusESP

George Mason University partnered with CampusESP to improve family engagement and gather better feedback from families. Using the CampusESP platform and its Survey and Form tools, the university launched the Mason Family Connection and sought a more effective way to collect family input than its previous survey method.

CampusESP helped George Mason University run its Spring 2021 Family Survey and promote it through campaigns, announcements, and newsletters. The result was a 400% increase in survey responses, with 590 total responses and 75% of families saying the Mason Family Connection was “Important” or “Very Important” to their experience. George Mason also found that 71% of families felt valued by the Mason community, giving the university actionable data to guide future family engagement efforts.
