Role Models is a UK-based organisation (founded 2014) that teaches life skills and character development outside the traditional school curriculum. When COVID-19 disrupted in-person programming, the team needed to scale offerings quickly, keep parents engaged, and build a global presence while shifting courses online.
Using Campaign Monitor’s email platform and analytics, Role Models created targeted, resource-rich campaigns that deepened trust and drove conversions. In 2.5 months they ran 30× the number of courses delivered in all of 2019, achieved a 24% increase in bookings, saw a 23.5% open rate and 12.6% click-through rate, and generated about £2,450 in two months of online booking revenue.
