To modernize configuration in the field, DMG MORI turned to camos for a mobile CPQ/product configuration solution.
camos delivered the OMS|fx mobile client integrated with DMG MORI’s central CPQ and rolled it out on roughly 1,000 iPads across 76 countries. The guided, media‑rich configuration and seamless back‑office sync (process ID) removed manual re‑entry, sped up quotation generation, increased the number of quotes produced, and noticeably improved customer satisfaction and DMG MORI’s innovative image.
