Demag Cranes, a global manufacturer of industrial cranes and components, needed to deliver perfectly configured cranes across 60 countries and integrate configuration into its Microsoft Dynamics NAV processes. To standardize complex product configuration for sales, service and engineering and to extend access to partners and prospects, Demag Cranes selected the camos CPQ solution.

camos implemented its CPQ system integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and exposed the configurator via the Demag shop and a public portal. As a result, around 2,500 Demag employees in sales, service, engineering and other departments use the solution, about 40 partners access it through the shop, and prospects can use the portal—improving configuration consistency, partner enablement and market reach.
