B&R, the Austrian automation specialist, needed a scalable CPQ (Configure Price Quote) solution to support rapid global growth and standardize quotation generation across its 25 subsidiaries. After finding a fragmented mix of SAP, Excel/Word and legacy configurators that caused errors, slow turnaround and inconsistent layouts, B&R selected camos to deliver a unified configuration and quotation platform.

camos implemented a product configurator tightly integrated with B&R’s CRM, SAP ERP and central editing system and rolled it out to all locations in 19 languages. As a result, quotations are now generated in less than an hour, errors have been reduced, new sales colleagues can produce accurate offers quickly, documents are auto-stored in CRM and configuration data flows directly into SAP—accelerating order processing and supporting B&R’s global expansion.
