North Eastern Community Hospital - Customer Case Study

North Eastern Community Hospital (NECH), a not-for-profit health provider in South Australia, needed a better way to manage enterprise risk and meet the requirements of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS) for accreditation. Its existing spreadsheet-based risk register was duplicative and ineffective as a governance, compliance, and risk management tool. Cammsrisk provided its Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solution to help NECH build a more structured and aligned approach.

With Cammsrisk’s inclusive GRC suite, NECH gained a central risk repository and a “single version of the truth” for risk management, audit processes, and regulatory compliance. The new system improved reporting and visibility across the organization, supported the development of a robust strategic and operational risk register, and helped NECH progress toward its 3-year ACSQHC NSQHS accreditation.
