MOIA, the German electric ride-sharing company, needed a faster and safer way to handle high-volume recruitment, especially for driver roles. With growing hiring demand and the pandemic making in-person interviews difficult, the team wanted to reduce scheduling bottlenecks, screen candidates more efficiently, and gain a better impression of applicants beyond the CV. Cammio’s pre-recorded video interview platform was introduced to help solve this challenge.
Cammio implemented automated, standardized video interviews for MOIA, first for drivers and then across all roles, giving candidates the flexibility to record responses at their convenience while recruiters and hiring managers reviewed them on demand. The result was a more scalable and consistent hiring process with measurable impact: time-to-hire dropped by 50% and was cut by about one week, no-show rates decreased by 14%, and active sourcing response rates reached 46%.
