Adams+Beasley Associates captures a 6-month passive home build with CamDo Solutions

CamDo Solutions provided equipment to Adams+Beasley Associates, a custom residential construction firm, for documenting a passive home build. The project's challenge was the remote construction site in Acton, Massachusetts, which had no access to power or internet, making continuous time-lapse filming difficult.

The solution involved using a CamDo SolarUp kit to power a GoPro camera via solar panels, paired with a mobile hotspot for data. This setup allowed Creative Director Andy Riley to capture a six-month time-lapse, which he edited into a compelling three-minute video to showcase the specialized construction process. The CamDo system successfully enabled uninterrupted documentation in an off-grid environment.
