Mobile Video Guard, a security firm founded in 2016, needed to modernize after its previous surveillance system proved difficult to set up, required individual device provisioning, and often crashed under multi-user access. Seeking real-time, on-demand, redundant, and centrally managed cloud surveillance, Mobile Video Guard evaluated the market and selected Camcloud’s cloud-based video surveillance following successful demos and a trial.

Camcloud deployed a scalable cloud solution using IP cameras (Mobotix) across 40+ sites—currently supporting 150+ cameras with plans to add 200+ more—using port-forward integration and no onsite hardware. The Camcloud solution enabled remote monitoring, reduced human resource costs, improved coverage and response times, prevented lost recordings, and helped reduce theft and enforce PPE/safety standards, delivering measurable operational improvements for Mobile Video Guard.
