AJ's Dry Cleaners is a family-run, Charlotte-based in-house dry cleaning delivery service (founded 1988) with three locations and about 20 employees that needed a reliable, easy-to-use surveillance solution to protect the business, monitor security concerns, and ensure positive customer experiences. After evaluating options, AJ's Dry Cleaners selected Camcloud’s cloud video surveillance for its simple setup and hosted, mobile-accessible service.

Camcloud deployed a cloud-based video surveillance system across all three locations with 3–6 cameras per site covering entrances, windows and wide-view areas, providing remote mobile access and extended cloud storage. The Camcloud solution reduced onsite maintenance, eliminated reliance on local technicians, increased footage retention versus traditional systems, and let staff quickly review motion events to resolve customer complaints—helping improve customer service oversight and employee safety while protecting the growing business.
