Nestlé uses Cambri as a concept testing tool to gather consumer insights

Nestlé Nordics wanted a faster, more agile way to test product and packaging ideas across categories like infant nutrition, coffee, and Nestlé Health Science. The team needed a practical concept testing tool to complement focus groups and other research methods, replacing some of the gut-feel decisions with consumer data.

Cambri provided Nestlé with an easy-to-use concept testing platform to compare ideas, test packaging and shelf visibility, and assess consumer responses such as willingness to buy, attractiveness, uniqueness, and preferred choice. The tool helped brand managers run tests independently and gave Nestlé clear direction on decisions like the Zoégas Espresso 2022 design, where a final preferred concept was identified and moved forward.
