To address growing bandwidth demands and poor in‑van reception, Wifinity partnered with Cambium Networks, leveraging cnWave 60 GHz PTP/PTMP wireless backhaul, cnMatrix switching, indoor Wi‑Fi access points and cnMaestro cloud management.

Cambium Networks’ solution replaced the legacy mesh with multi‑gigabit fixed wireless backhaul and indoor APs per caravan, supported by zero‑touch provisioning and centralised monitoring. The deployment connected about 550,000 unique accounts and over 1,000,000 devices in its first year across 20,000 caravans, delivered gigabit‑class speeds, raised CSAT, reduced MTTR, improved network visibility and drove a user‑to‑contact ratio under 1%, all with fast, low‑disruption installs.
