Case Study: VoxTech Telecom achieves 30 Mbps speeds and improved network stability with Cambium Networks ePMP Elevate

VoxTech Telecom Grows with ePMP Elevate™

VoxTech Telecom, a Brazilian ISP serving multiple cities in Paraná, faced growing bandwidth demand and unreliable radios that limited plans to about 5 Mbps and caused frequent maintenance issues. To avoid costly rip-and-replace upgrades, VoxTech partnered with Cambium Networks and tested its ePMP Elevate™ solution to increase throughput while protecting existing customer equipment.

Cambium Networks deployed ePMP Elevate™ co‑installed with ePMP access points and provided product training for VoxTech’s technicians; over 1,000 customers have been migrated so far. The upgrade raised available plans from roughly 5 Mbps to 30 Mbps, cut unproductive service visits, improved streaming satisfaction, and increased AP capacity (at least 45 Elevate‑integrated third‑party subscriber modules or over 60 with Cambium SMs). Cambium Networks’ solution enabled a scalable migration path as VoxTech pursues 50–100 Mbps hybrid offerings.
