Planet was engaged to deliver a reliable, high‑capacity Wi‑Fi network for The Hoxton Hotel in Berlin. The challenge was to provide stable gigabit‑class speeds across rooms and all public areas, support bandwidth‑intensive streaming and video conferencing at peak occupancy, and ensure robust back‑of‑house connectivity; Planet selected Cambium Networks solutions, including Cambium’s Wi‑Fi access points and the cnMaestro cloud management platform, for their reliability and rapid availability.

Cambium Networks implemented 131 access points (including one outdoor AP) and five switches, all managed through cnMaestro, to provide hotel‑wide coverage and simplified network management. The deployment delivered consistent high‑speed performance even at peak times—streaming and IPTV run without interruption, staff systems operate reliably, the network is easily scalable, and cnMaestro enables rapid troubleshooting and fast fault resolution.
