Redfox Uses cnHeat to Add up to 30 Customers per Month

Redfox, an Australia-based wireless ISP, struggled with time-consuming, unreliable field signal tests that often failed because their Google Earth tool didn’t account for trees and other local obstructions. To solve this, Redfox partnered with Cambium Networks and adopted the RF planning tool cnHeat to pre-qualify installs and plan equipment before crews leave the office.

Using Cambium Networks’ cnHeat, Redfox pinpoints optimal SM placement, pre-qualifies all customer requests, and guides installers to the right location and height. This reduced average install time from about 4–5 hours to 2–3 hours, saves roughly $300 per installation, converted previously failed prospects into 15 customers in two months, and enabled targeted marketing that brings in about 20–30 new customers per month.
