MagicNet - Customer Case Study

MagicNet, a broadband provider in Northern Croatia, faced intense competition from larger carriers as customers demanded 60–100 Mbps speeds plus high-quality, responsive service. Already using Cambium Networks equipment in rural areas, MagicNet needed a higher-throughput, agile wireless solution to reach business and residential customers before fiber providers did.

MagicNet deployed Cambium Networks’ ePMP solution—including the Force 110 PTP and ePMP Access Network with GPS synchronization—and used Cambium’s LINKPlanner to design links. In tests the Force 110 delivered a consistent 95 Mbps to business customers, and a new tower supported 40 residential subscribers during trial installations with same‑day service activation; the ePMP platform’s scalability (up to 120 subscribers per sector) and reliable throughput let MagicNet outcompete larger carriers and win new business.
