Hotel Juliani, a boutique hotel in St. Julian’s, Malta, faced frequent guest complaints and an excessive number of technical support tickets due to an inconsistent, low-quality Wi‑Fi experience. To address this, the hotel engaged Cambium Networks and local partners to replace the legacy network, leveraging Cambium’s Wi‑Fi Designer planning tool and cloud-managed wireless products.

Cambium Networks deployed a planned, fast rollout of 83 access points (e425, e410, e501) managed via the cnMaestro cloud platform and implemented within a week, overcoming RF interference and enabling seamless roaming, secure segmentation, and reliable bandwidth across rooms and public areas. The result: dramatically improved coverage and stability, enhanced security for POS and operations, and a near‑zero level of Wi‑Fi support tickets, significantly boosting guest satisfaction.
