To solve this, Pentewan Sands worked with Cambium Networks (via installer Wifi Solutions Ltd) to deploy enterprise‑grade wireless—including XV2 Wi‑Fi 6 access points and the cnMaestro management platform—to replace the failing system and meet harsh outdoor conditions.

Cambium Networks’ solution delivered a gigabit backhaul and a network capable of supporting 1,000 users with a 50 Mbps connection, expanding coverage to 95% of the site and eliminating 100% of access‑point‑related errors. With cnMaestro simplifying management and weather‑sealed XV2 hardware, support calls fell from as many as 30 a day to 1–2 on busy days, guest complaint rates dropped below 4%, and internet package revenue rose 35% in 2021 (sustained into 2022).
