Guests Stay Surfing on Croatia’s Coast with Cambium Networks and Istranet

AdriaCamps, operator of the Santa Marina Campsite on Croatia’s Istrian coast, needed reliable, high-performance guest Wi‑Fi for about 400 peak-season visitors despite a remote, weather-exposed site with dense forest and dispersed amenities. To address connectivity, they worked with Istranet and selected Cambium Networks technology, including cnPilot e500 access points and the cnMaestro management platform.

Istranet deployed 14 Cambium Networks cnPilot e500 outdoor APs mounted on lamp posts and managed via cnMaestro, using 4G routers temporarily while the main fiber link was delayed. The Cambium Networks solution now delivers a 100/100 Mbps link across the camp with capacity for up to 500 users, providing consistent guest connectivity and improved customer satisfaction.
