Enhanced Bandwidth and Simplified Management with Cutting-Edge Solutions

Equitix Studentati Italia Srl tasked Cambium Networks with modernizing Wi‑Fi across two Turin student residences (Residenza Borsellino and Residenza Villa Claretta) to replace a largely wired LAN and provide consistent wireless coverage in rooms, common areas and outdoor spaces. The project specified Cambium Networks solutions, including EX and TX switches, e510, e425H and XV2‑2 access points, and central management via the cnMaestro cloud platform.

Soleto SpA deployed the Cambium Networks solution, installing 45 EX/TX switches and over 700 access points, rolling the new addressing and configuration out area-by-area to limit downtime and completing deployment in about 45 days. The result: full Wi‑Fi access for more than 700 rooms (≈800 simultaneous users), reliable connectivity managed through cnMaestro, and measured data rates up to 0.9 Gb during testing.
