Applebee’s Serves Reliable Wi-Fi Connections in Brazil Locations

Applebee’s Brazil locations were facing inconsistent and unreliable guest and corporate Wi‑Fi that hurt customer experience and employee operations. To address this, Applebee’s turned to Cambium Networks, deploying cnPilot™ e400 Indoor Enterprise APs and using cnMaestro™ for centralized management while integrating with the Wispot social Wi‑Fi platform.

Cambium Networks’ solution delivered reliable, high‑performance coverage (targeting about 500 m² per location), social login and targeted messaging via Wispot, and simplified device management with cnMaestro. The deployment increased average daily customer Wi‑Fi connections from about 50 to 300 per location, expanded service area, improved staff productivity, and enabled promotional campaigns and surveys to be sent directly to guests.
