Snavely Forest Products, a lumber and building products supplier, needed reliable connectivity across a 12-acre staging area in Denver, Colorado so workers could quickly locate inventory and avoid delays. They partnered with Cambium Networks and 3-dB Networks to replace disconnected, manual processes with mobile access for handheld devices, tablets, and phones.

3-dB Networks designed a complete wireless broadband coverage solution using Cambium Networks’ ePMP 1000 wireless access network as the distribution layer for a WLAN with 8 access points, backed by a detailed site survey and heat maps. The result was consistently strong coverage across the lumber yard, giving 40 employees network access anywhere on the property and enabling faster, more efficient operations with less downtime and frustration.
