The Oklahoma Accountancy Board (OAB) turned to Calytera to address fragmented master data, outdated licensing systems, and inefficient manual processes across application and renewal workflows. OAB also needed better integration with NASBA, PeopleSoft, and ok.gov, along with improved tracking and online services for its licensees and firms.

Calytera implemented AMANDA as a statewide enterprise licensing management platform to automate renewals, manage the application lifecycle, track continuing education and certification, and improve reporting and business intelligence. The solution consolidated data into a single platform, added configurable workflow and online application/renewal capabilities, and helped OAB become more efficient and business friendly; the case study notes roughly 1,000 active candidates, 12,000 practicing CPA/PAs, and 1,000 firms supported by the new system.
