This secure and reliable platform allowed the branch to easily manage communications, including a seamless transition to remote operations during an emergency. The success led Northwestern Mutual to roll out CallTower's Cisco CallManager to eight additional regional offices, with more planned, achieving cost savings and streamlined communications.
