Snapbox Self Storage Builds Internal Call Center with CallPotential Contact Center Software

Snapbox Self Storage, a New Jersey-based storage operator, needed a better way to handle the influx of calls coming from 29 facilities. Before working with CallPotential, calls were routed directly to stores and were often missed because managers were already stretched thin. Snapbox turned to CallPotential contact center software to help improve lead generation and support its self-storage managers.

CallPotential implemented its Call Center with Smart Routing Technology, which identifies whether a caller is a tenant or a prospect and routes the call accordingly. With this setup, Snapbox gained better control over its call process, improved customer experience, and saw higher conversion rates through CallPotential’s Lead Manager.
