Borczyk.pl acquires more contact data for potential customers

borczyk.pl, an implantology and esthetic dentistry clinic, sought to acquire more contact information from potential customers visiting its website. To address this challenge, they implemented the CallPage service from SaaS Labs.

The solution from CallPage involved a widget that uses behavioral scoring to trigger a callback window for site visitors, also allowing them to leave a text message and schedule calls outside of business hours. This allowed the clinic to collect more leads. The results were significant, with CallPage generating an average of 200 successful calls per month. These calls had an average length of over two minutes and were handled by a team of four employees.
