A CallHub Case Study
New York Cares partnered with CallHub to support “Mission Vet Check,” a phonebanking campaign for the NYC Department of Veterans Services. The challenge was reaching a large, cold list of 15,000+ veterans to check on their needs around food, housing, healthcare, finances, and mental health, while keeping volunteer calling efficient and accurate.
CallHub provided branching scripts, a pause-and-resume campaign workflow for adding new contacts without duplicating campaigns, an auto-dialer, drop voicemail, patch-through calling, and a live analytics dashboard. With these tools, New York Cares’ volunteers could call about 800 contacts in 90 minutes each Wednesday, reduce script errors, and track outreach and resource referrals in real time.
