National Equality Action Team (NEAT) is a grassroots nonprofit that mobilizes remote volunteers to advance LGBTQ+ justice. Charged with organizing phone-banking-from-home, patch-through calls, GOTV, and volunteer recruitment across states, NEAT turned to CallHub’s phone-banking platform to power its remote calling and volunteer coordination efforts.
With CallHub, NEAT ran targeted phone-banking campaigns (patch-through, awareness, Get Out The Vote, and volunteer recruitment) and coordinated field canvassing, enabling volunteers to transfer over ten voters per hour depending on list quality. CallHub’s tools helped NEAT scale remote engagement across red, blue, suburban and rural areas, streamline outreach, and strengthen volunteer recruitment and retention.
